 As a fitness enthusiast, I believe in fueling your body with whole, natural foods and embracing movement that serves a purpose beyond the gym. My focus is on functional exercise – training your body to perform effectively in everyday life, whether it's lifting groceries, playing with your kids, or conquering a hike. You won't find me pushing processed supplements like pre or post-workout; I'm convinced that a balanced diet, consistent, real-world movement, and a solid mindset are the true keys to achieving most fitness goals.
